Welcome to our online Instructor Certification Program 6 (ICP6). Gracie Barra North America (GBNA) and its associates provide their services to you subject to the following conditions. If you visit or use the ICP6, you accept these conditions. Please read them carefully.

Please review our Privacy Notice, which also governs your visit to our website, to understand our practices.

When you visit the ICP6 or send e-mails to us, you are communicating with us electronically. You consent to receive communications from us electronically. We will communicate with you by e-mail. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

All content included on the ICP6, such as text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and data compilations, is the property of GBNA or its content suppliers and protected by international copyright laws. The compilation of all content on this site is the exclusive property of GBNA, with copyright authorship for this collection by GBNA, and protected by international copyright laws. Reproduction and/or distribution of any of the content included on the ICP6 is strictly prohibited.

GBNA’s trademarks may not be used in connection with any product or service that is not GBNA’s, in any manner that is likely to cause confusion among customers, or in any manner that disparages or discredits GBNA.

GBNA grants you permission to access and use the ICP6  and not to download or modify it, or any portion of it, except with express written consent of GBNA. This permission does not include any resale or commercial use of the ICP6 or its contents; any collection and use of any information, descriptions, or narratives; any derivative use of the ICP6 or its contents; any downloading or copying of account information for the benefit of another person. The ICP6 or any portion of the ICP6 may not be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold, visited, or otherwise exploited for any personal or commercial purpose without express written consent of GBNA. You may not frame or utilize framing techniques to enclose any trademark, logo, or other proprietary information (including images, text, page layout, or form) of GBNA and our associates without express written consent. Any unauthorized use terminates the permission granted by GBNA.

If you use or visit the ICP6, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the information within the ICP6 and also of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer and Gracie Barra team members, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. If you are under 18, you may take the ICP6 only with involvement of a parent or guardian. GBNA and its associates reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel access in their sole discretion. You must indicate your school and your instructor must endorse your participation without your instructor’s endorsement you will not be able to take the ICP6. You must fulfill all the requirements of the ICP6 in order to receive your certificate. The ICP6 is restricted to Gracie Barra Team Members blue belt and up and 18 years old and over only. If we cannot confirm your membership, rank and age with the indicated school then your access to the ICP6 and any and all other supported materials may be voided with no refund of the registration fee. Your account is valid for 24 weeks if you do not complete the course within this timeframe we will cancel your account.

By visiting GBNA and the ICP6, you agree that the laws of the state of California, USA, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Conditions of Use and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and GBNA or its associates.

Any dispute relating in any way to your use or visit to the ICP6 or GBNA shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in California, USA, except that, to the extent you have in any manner violated or threatened to violate GBNA’s intellectual property rights, GBNA may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in any state or federal court in the state of California, USA, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts. Arbitration under this agreement shall be conducted under the rules then prevailing of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitrators award shall be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no arbitration under this Agreement shall be joined to an arbitration involving any other party subject to this Agreement, whether through class arbitration proceedings or otherwise.

We reserve the right to make changes to these Conditions of Use at any time. If any of these conditions shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.
